Your Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the intersection of technical know-how and leadership prowess, steering your team towards providing world-class customer service. Expect no dull moments – you'll be in constant motion, working with your team and customers to find top-notch solutions for their vehicles while building fierce loyalty. Your Responsibilities:
- Kickstart every customer's visit with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Build trust that keeps customers coming back while assisting the Service Centre Manager in daily operations.
- Take charge of inventory, labor management, and the financial performance of the service centre.
- Dive into Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and adhere to company policies.
- Lead, guide, and train your team, fueling their growth and development.
- Keep the service centre spick and span while ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
- Lead the pack in delivering top-tier customer service.
Your Success:
- Be the friendly face on our customer-focused team, ready to collaborate.
- Nail interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Cruise through mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
- Know the ropes of cash handling and safety control policies.
- Flex your muscles – you should be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- You've got the stamina to stand, climb stairs, twist, stoop, and bend.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of supervisory or relevant experience/training – rev those engines!
