Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for accurate order entry and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Skills
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a fast paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices related to food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is a plus.
