Health Sciences North (HSN) is seeking leader to ensure the effective operation of the Systemic Treatment department in accordance with HSN’s strategic plan, mission, goals, and objectives, and ensure the delivery of Systemic Treatment at both the North East Cancer Centre (NECC) and Community Oncology Clinic Network (COCN) sites in a safe, patient-focused environment.
The successful candidate should have, at minimum, a four year Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field (e.g., Science of Nursing) or equivalent from an accredited university. A minimum of two years’ experience working in a management role within a healthcare environment, preferably in an Oncology department, as well as a minimum of five years’ experience working in a leadership/supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare environment, is required. Bilingualism is considered an asset.
