Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address issues promptly
Coordinate and support scheduling, route planning, dispatch, and daily logistics for seasonal maintenance operations
Perform and oversee maintenance services, including snow removal, de-icing, landscaping, hardscaping, pruning, and general site upkeep
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when appropriate
Communicate customer and employee feedback to management
Identify opportunities for business growth and help strengthen customer relationships
Follow and enforce all health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications
Experience with winter operations, including equipment operation and scheduling (required)
Valid G driver's license
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of operational needs
Experience operating front-end loaders, tractors, skid steers, or similar equipment (asset)
Experience in a construction or landscape supply yard (asset)
Steel-toe safety boots required
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the landscape industry (required)
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (required)
