We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team.

Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, grind, and assemble progressive stamping dies.
- Troubleshoot and fix die problems during production.
- Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.
- Cut and shape metal parts using saws, shears, and hand tools.
- Grind, polish, file, shim, and adjust die parts for proper fit.
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and dial indicators to check measurements.
- Inspect die components to make sure they meet quality and size requirements.
- Test repaired or completed dies and make adjustments when needed.
- Safely move and secure die components using hoists, vises, and other equipment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and work procedures.
- Use required PPE, guards, and safety equipment at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Tool & Die, Tool Design, Tool Programming, or a related field.
- Completed or currently completed Tool & Die apprenticeship training (minimum 4 years preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of Tool & Die experience, preferably in automotive stamping.
- Experience working with progressive stamping dies is preferred.
- Good knowledge of lathes, milling machines, grinders, CNC machines, and hand tools.
- Able to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools.
- SPC training is an asset.
- Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
