Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Duties
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual health concerns and treatment goals
- Develop customized massage therapy plans utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage
- Perform professional massage treatments in accordance with licensing and industry standards
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided and progress notes
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments as appropriate
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a relaxing and positive experience for clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans and address client concerns
- Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate empathy towards clients’ needs
- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in client care
- Certification as a licensed or registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO

Pay: $88,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
