Overview
We are hiring Paver Operators, Screed Operators, Rankerman and Experienced Asphalt Labourers to join our paving crew. Our team works on a range of asphalt projects across Chilliwack and the Lower Mainland, including commercial and municipal work. We are looking for reliable individuals interested in steady, long-term work.
Paver / Screed Operators
- Operate asphalt paving equipment safely and efficiently
- Control material flow, paving speed, and screed settings
- Work closely with the crew to maintain consistent paving operations
- Check grade, slope, and surface quality during paving
- Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
- Communicate with the foreman regarding site conditions or issues
- Assist the crew with general tasks when needed
Pay
$32/hr and up, with higher pay for candidates with more experience
Experienced Asphalt Labourers and Rankerman
- Assist with asphalt placement and general paving tasks
- Perform raking, shoveling, and cleanup as required
- Support crew efficiency and maintain work pace
- Follow instructions from foreman and operators
Pay
$22/hr and up, with higher pay for candidates with more experience
Requirements
- Previous paving experience required
- Experience with paving equipment is an asset
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Valid driver’s license required
