If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking an Property Administrator.
Reporting to the Director of Asset Administration, the Property Administrator will work closely with the assigned Tenant Relations Managers, bringing exceptional organizational skills to support the Tenant Services team within our commercial portfolio locations.
As Property Administrator, you’ll get to:
- Provides comprehensive administrative support and effectively coordinating the day-to-day operations;
- Lease administration including updating and maintaining tenant files, filing, arrears, tenant correspondence and rental increase letters;
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly by phone and email or other correspondence:
- Ensures the confidentiality of the files that you work on and posses the highest level of personal integrity
- Daily interaction with building staff and head office
- Preparing periodic reporting/ tracking; recaps, tenant analytics/ turnover, biweekly reports;
- Assisting with preparation and administration of contracts;
- Creating and reviewing building manuals, policy and procedure documents;
- Maintaining and reviewing online property management software;
- Aiding in preparing documentation for Tenancy board hearings;
- Tracking access card and parking changes;
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a professional setting supporting multiple team members
Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Effective organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving deadlines
- Advanced skills in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite are considered an asset
- Prior experience in property management administration is considered an asset
- Familiarity with Yardi or other property management software is considered an asset.
