Toronto Children’s Therapy Centre (TCTC) is an established pediatric private practice (24 years) that consists of a supportive group of 40+ occupational therapists and speech language pathologists. We offer competitive and transparent compensation and we provide a robust practice infrastructure that supports team connection and clinical support. Our scheduling, charting and billing system is intuitive, with a focus on reducing a therapist’s time with admin and documentation, while meeting the standards set by the regulatory colleges.
Our clinic therapists work at one of our two locations in either East York or Scarborough. Home/Community-based therapists work in homes, some schools and child care settings, usually in the area of the city they live or already work in. Many of our therapists have chosen to practice in both environments - working in the clinic some days and in the community others. We still get requests for virtual appointments too. The position is for an independent contractor who can make their own part-time or full-time hours.
