Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our lot while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can maintain a welcoming environment for customers and assist with various tasks throughout the lot.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including regular cleaning of vehicles and surrounding areas.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and ensure proper placement within the lot.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the lot.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience lot attendant and detail experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while remaining focused on tasks.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for operating customer vehicles.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Ability to operate equipment like a tractor and skid steer or forklift.
