We're looking to hire a full-time Technical Support Specialist for our fast growing eCommerce business where we specialize in the sale and installation support of mini off-grid, portable and emergency backup power.
You will be supporting our sales and customer support teams through both the pre and post-purchase journey as well as helping us to improve the overall customer experience and business processes.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will be:
- Handling heavy amounts of inbound phone calls (customer service & troubleshooting)
- Outbound Phone Calls (customers & suppliers)
- Inbound Calls / Email Management
- Handling Live Chats
- Doing outbound warm call follow ups
- After sale follow ups
- Assist with marketing and growth initiatives

The Technical Support Specialist will handle a mix of customer service, technical support and supplier relations mixed with some basic marketing initiatives and other variable tasks needed on a day to day basis.
- Must have extremely strong verbal english
- Be willing and able to work a 9:30-5:30pm EST shift, Monday to Friday
- Fast wifi and professional workspace
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in electrical/solar/IT/energy or related field
