About the Role
We’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial Mortgage Agents who want more than just a job, you want to build a business. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your pipeline, build meaningful client relationships, and guide borrowers through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. You’ll have the flexibility to operate independently, with the backing of a strong team, proven systems, and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build your presence through networking, events, and community engagement
- Guide clients through the full mortgage process from initial consultation to funding
- Deliver tailored mortgage solutions based on each client’s needs and financial goals
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional client experience
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and referral partners to grow long-term business
Who You Are
- 1+ years in the mortgage or financial services industry (newly licensed agents also welcome if highly motivated)
- Valid Mortgage Agent License (or currently enrolled in/completed a recognized course)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and grow your own business
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and mortgage market
- Excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Confident in presenting, negotiating, and advising clients
- Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
