POSITION: Financial Services Representative

LOCATION: Toronto, ON (M5J 0A3)

STATUS: Full-time

JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking Financial Services Representatives (FSRs) for our in-bound Contact Centre. Acting as the front-line of the company, these individuals will provide superior customer service through telephone support by focusing on professionalism, friendliness and providing accurate information. In this role, the successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Our team takes great pride in providing timely, courteous service to financial advisors and their clients who are invested with us. There is no selling involved in this role.

Looking to work regular hours? Our Contact Centre is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide prompt, courteous service to financial advisors and investors
Promptly respond to telephone and written inquiries for product and administrative information
Investigate account-related issues and determine appropriate actions to achieve resolution to such issues

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Completion of post-secondary education (Commerce, Finance or Business Administration programs considered an asset)
1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Professional, friendly, positive and enthusiastic telephone manner with a very strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work a rotating 8.5-hour shift between 8 am-8 pm, Mondays-Fridays (positions are also available for seasonal and/or part-time work)
