About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales professional to support a variety of sales initiatives that align with the EBH culture, values, strategy and business needs. We are seeking a Corporate Sales Support Specialist at our Head Office, which is located in South Surrey a fast-growing area in the Campbell Height Business District.
The Corporate Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Sales Leadership Team by managing and executing a variety of sales-related projects and administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and as part of the Executive Administration Team, this role prioritizes supporting the CRO and Sales Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to CEO and as part of the Executive Administration Team, the Corporate Sales Support Specialist will prioritize supporting the Sales & Marketing Executive Team. The Corporate Sales Support Specialist collaborates closely with team members to implement integrated sales initiatives, including creating, presenting, and managing corporate proposals, contracts, and strategic presentations. This role also ensures accurate data management, business analysis, and effective communication of results across departments.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions that drive the sales strategy forward.
Position Type/Schedule:
This role will be onsite based out of the Head Office. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with the ability for hybrid remote work following the probationary period.

About the Opportunity:
Sales Support & Analysis
As a key partner to the Sales team, you’ll ensure our sales professionals have everything they need to succeed. From assembling demos and proposals to conducting in-depth data analysis, your insights will drive smart decision-making and business growth.

Analyze sales data and trends to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for the CRO and Executive Leadership Team.

Monitor sales performance through Salesforce and MITS reporting tools, targets, and provide insights that guide strategic business decisions.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
Market & Customer Insights
Your expertise will help us stay ahead of market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities, positioning us as leaders in our industry.

Conduct thorough market research to support sales strategies, including competitor analysis and market trend identification.

Assist in identifying potential growth opportunities in key markets and customer segments.

Support the Sales and Marketing team with customer segmentation analysis and target setting, providing actional insights for business development.
Administrative & Executive Support
Your exceptional organizational skills will support the CRO and Sales Leadership Team in staying on track with priorities, while ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks.

Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and sales materials that effectively communicate key messages to internal and external stakeholders.

Organize and maintain the sales department’s documentation and records, ensuring accurate data management.

Coordinate communications on behalf of the CRO and Sales Leadership Team, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.

Support the management of the CRO’s and Sales Leadership Team’s calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Salesforce CRM & Process Optimization
You will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our Salesforce CRM, ensuring our sales team operates efficiently and has the tools necessary to thrive.

Assist in the development of custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Support the implementation of sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that affect the sales team.
Collaboration & Relationship Management
You’ll foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments, driving alignment on key initiatives.

Partner with Divisional Technical Business Developers and Account Managers to support their needs and rive aligned sales initiatives.

Liaise with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, including coordinating campaigns and product launches.

Provide support during meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all key details are managed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues, becoming a trusted resource for the Sales & Marketing Leadership Team.
Training & Development
You’ll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of the sales team, from onboarding new hires to ongoing training.

Assist in onboarding new sales team members, providing training on key tools, processes, and best practices.

Provide support as required to the sales team on data analysis tools, Salesforce CRM, and best practices for leveraging sales technologies.

What you’ll bring to this role:

Business Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of administrative experience, with 2+ years supporting a sales team or sales manager, preferably within the electrical, industrial automation, or process instrumentation industries.

Proficiency in advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI and Salesforce.

Demonstrated ability to create compelling presentations and analyze complex sales data, delivering actionable insights.

Experience in event coordination and agenda management, with a focus on sales and marketing events.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create clear, engaging content.

Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
