Construction season is underway and we are looking to add to our team. Classic Design Carpentry is looking for candidates with finishing carpentry experience. We primarily work with reputable developers in the city providing them with their finish carpentry needs.
Classic Design Carpentry has been in the finishing carpentry industry since 2005. Located in the Saskatoon area, we can handle any job big or small. With our highly trained and experienced carpentry team, we have the right tools to meet your needs. We continually strive to create innovative designs, while working with our customers to meet their expectations, and also their budgets.
We work Monday to Thursday with Fridays off. Overtime occasionally offered on Fridays (no expectation to work) with overtime pay.
No experience required. All training provided. Examples of duties include but not limited to :
- Assisting carpenters with measuring and cutting materials.
- Assist in finishing tasks like sanding and caulking.
- Carry and organize tools, materials and supplies to and from jobsite.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.
We primarily have projects in new home construction. Our ongoing goal is to secure work beyond the "busy season and/or summer" and keep our team working throughout the year. We offer health benefits and apprenticeship opportunities.
