About Us
Triton Home Service is a growing plumbing company based in London, Ontario. We run residential and commercial service work — diagnostics, repairs, water treatment, backflow prevention. The owner is a Red Seal plumber and steamfitter with 26 years in the trade. You'll work directly with someone who knows what good work looks like and won't waste your time with nonsense.

The Role
We are hiring one licensed journeyperson plumber (306A). This is a service and repair position — not new construction. You will be dispatched independently, manage your own calls, and be trusted to represent the company without hand-holding.
We will consider a 4th or 5th year registered apprentice who can demonstrate verified independent job experience, a current Training Record Book in good standing, and a minimum of 6,000 logged hours. If you need to be supervised on every call, this is not the right fit.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties
- Install and service water treatment equipment
- Perform backflow prevention device testing and installation (certification training available)
- Manage customer interactions professionally and independently on every call
What We're Looking For
- Licensed journeyperson (306A) — required for preference; 4th/5th year apprentice considered with documented hours and verifiable independent experience
- Strong diagnostic ability — you solve problems before you call for backup
- Professional with customers — no scripts needed, just competence and respect
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean abstract
- Accountable: shows up, communicates, owns the outcome
