We are seeking a forward-thinking IT & AI Strategy Lead to drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization while ensuring a secure, scalable, and reliable technology environment.
This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI solutions that improve productivity, enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive business value. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to embed AI into everyday workflows while maintaining strong governance, security, compliance, and data management practices.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with a passion for innovation and demonstrated experience driving organizational change through emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Adoption
- Develop and execute the organization's AI adoption roadmap.
- Identify business processes that can benefit from AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases.
- Promote responsible and secure AI usage across the organization.
- Establish AI governance, usage standards, and best practices.
- Lead pilot programs and scale successful AI initiatives enterprise-wide.
- Measure and report on AI-driven productivity gains and business outcomes.
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop business cases and ROI models for technology investments.
IT Leadership
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and end-user support.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of technology systems.
- Lead technology planning, budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
- Oversee Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, security tools, and business applications.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and automation tools.
- Implement workflow automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
- Identify repetitive tasks suitable for AI-assisted execution.
- Establish a continuous improvement culture leveraging technology and data.
Security, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with security teams to assess AI-related risks.
- Establish data governance practices supporting AI initiatives.
- Monitor and manage responsible AI usage.
Change Management & Training
- Develop training programs that improve AI literacy across the organization.
- Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Support employees in adopting new technologies and working practices.
- Create knowledge-sharing forums and communities of practice.
Team Leadership
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Build technical capabilities related to AI, automation, and digital transformation.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications are considered an asset.
Experience
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, or similar enterprise technologies.
- Proven track record of managing technology projects and organizational change.
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI solutions in a business environment.

Pay: $82,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
