Encumbent will provide administrative support for the Employee Health Services.

High School diploma with successful completion of post-secondary studies in secretarial/clerical work or any acceptable combination of education, training and experience;
Medical terminology course;
One (1) year recent directly related experience;
Excellent computer skills (Ex. Outlook, Word, Excel programs, Meditech, etc.);
Tact, initiative, good judgement and resourcefulness in dealing with administrative detail;
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
Adapt well to change;
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.
