We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, organized, and adventure-loving individual to join our team as a Reservations & Office Assistant. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love the outdoors, and thrive on helping people plan incredible experiences, this could be the perfect role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping guests book their next unforgettable mountain adventure
- Delivering top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Supporting daily office operations and keeping things running smoothly
- Sharing your knowledge (and passion!) for outdoor activities and destinations
We think you’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are a people-person with strong customer service experience
- Have sales or reservations experience (bonus points!)
- Communicate clearly and confidently (French is a big plus!)
- Are comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Chrome
- Have an interest in tourism, outdoor recreation, and mountain life
- Know your way around local hiking, climbing, or ski touring (even better!)
- Can work independently but also love being part of a team
- Have a sharp eye for detail and great organizational skills
The details:
- Full-time, year-round position (40 hours/week)
- Start date: June 22nd (flexible)
- Some weekend shifts may be required
