Data Analysis Architect Opportunity
As a result of continuing growth and development,
Calgary Co-op is seeking a Data Analysis Architect to
enable the organization to derive business insight from
the secure analysis of data by maintaining a data
governance capability, data architecture and an analysis
environment conducive to appropriate utilization
throughout enterprise.
Qualifications
  • University degree or diploma in data science,
computer science or other related field of study
  • Five (5) years' experience in the design and
deployment of data management solutions
  • Leadership experience on data-related projects
across mid-size enterprise environments
  • Experience in developing data architectures and
producing related documentation
  • Experience with at least one data warehouse
technology
  • Experience using extract, transform and load (ETL)
workflows (preferably using Alteryx) and
visualization (preferably using Tableau)
  • Competent with Microsoft Office products, especially
Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in technical support and resolution of
customer incidents in accordance to ITIL
  • Knowledge and understanding of data-related
regulations, including privacy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple
priorities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including
effective communication, teamwork and negotiation
