As our service department continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team and bring their expertise to a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
Position Overview:
As an Automotive Technician at Camp Canada RV, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles — including tow vehicles, trailers, and powersports units. You’ll work closely with our service team to ensure every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of quality. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and enjoys a diverse range of mechanical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicles and trailers
- Perform regular maintenance services (oil changes, brakes, suspension, etc.)
- Conduct inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts staff to ensure timely repairs
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
- Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Uphold Camp Canada RV’s commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or similar role
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- 310S or equivalent trade certification
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with trailer wiring, towing systems, or RV chassis
- Welding or fabrication experience
