Reporting to Branch Manager, Journeyman/Apprentice Parts Technician is responsible but not limited to,
- Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers to develop, maintain and enhance professional relationships
- Technical knowledge and experience with gas compression parts supply and sourcing preferred
- Provide quotes to customers
- Strong inventory management skils
- Process orders and provide technical sales
- Receive and resolve customer concerns
- Operate forklift and overhead crane
- Participate in on call rotation
- Comply with all company quality, health and safety regulations and work procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Journeyman Parts Technician Ticket Required- Red Seal Preferred
- Apprentices to be considered
- Gas Compression Experience preferred
- Class 5 driver's license
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Working knowledge of forklift and crane
- Familiarity with sourcing stock and non-stock materials
- Familiarity with MS office applications; Experience with SIS and INNIO an asset
- Must be capable of heavy lifting
