Content Deliveries Coordinator
The Content Deliveries Coordinator oversees content deliveries for global distribution, coordinating assets, technical requirements, and client requests while ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment across teams.
This new role will report to the Senior Director, International Distribution and Business Operations and is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance at our head office in Toronto for a minimum of three (3) days per week.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, with final compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
Core Responsibilities and Duties
Sales and Contracts
- Fulfill global sales requests, including providing tech specifications, screeners and metadata.
- Review sales offers and confirm material availability and technical details.
Asset Distribution
- Oversee full delivery lifecycle in collaboration with the Media Services team (lab).
- Act as the main contact for sales agents and clients on material requests.
- Collaborate with various departments to source delivery assets (artwork production, metadata, CC, incoming deliveries team etc.).
- Resolve QC issues and oversee re-delivery of corrected assets within tight timelines.
New Client Onboarding
- Coordinate technical onboarding for new partners.
- Define delivery specs and manage test deliveries.
- Represent technical operations in client onboarding discussions.
Language Versioning
- Maintain and manage language version requests and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain tracking tools and ensure alignment across teams.
Assets Library
- Collaborate with Media Services and Incoming Deliveries to manage and organize content and supporting materials, ensuring assets are properly maintained and ready for distribution.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in using MAM
- Ability to interpret complex delivery specs
- Understanding of technical QC reports
- Familiarity with digital delivery platforms (e.g., Aspera, Signiant)
- Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between "the lab" (Media Services)/Global Deliveries department and the Sales team.
- High-pressure prioritization to meet tight delivery windows for global distribution.
- Quick-thinking ability to resolve technical roadblocks during the onboarding of new clients.
- Ability to oversee a project from the initial sales offer through to successful ingestion at the client end.
