We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Mechanic / Repair Techniciancandidate to add value to our Maintenance Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical problems with presses, machines and various shop equipment. Determine how to correct them, checking repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
- Dismantle equipment to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
- Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain continuity between shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Keep and update maintenance records as required.
- Assist in general maintenance as directed.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Any additional duties as assigned
- Supporting other facilities as required
Qualifications and Experience:
· Valid 433A - Industrial Mechanic Millwright License an asset
· Electrical Experience related to CNC Machines or PLC's an asset
· 5 years experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving attributes
- Working knowledge of safety standards of equipment
- Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team, as well as independently
