Part time Afterschool Leader
SportsDome Academy hiring Afterschool Leaders
We are proud to offer a fun & active After School Program that serves children in the Moncton area between the ages of 5 - 12 years old.
In this role you will be responsible for the daily operation of our programs, including maintaining standards, a clean environment, parent relations, ensuring the safety and care of children at our programs, and implementing a variety of fun and engaging activities. If you are energetic, confident, and quick-thinking, and our energetic, active work environment interests you, this could be a wonderful opportunity.
Previous childcare experience (after-school program, coaching, camp leader, etc.) is considered an asset for this position.
Successful candidates must be able to express themselves well and are able to address parents and their concerns intelligently and graciously.
Must be available to work from 2-5:30 on weekdays during the school year. Preference will be given to candidates willing to work from 7:30 – 5:30 on PD Days, Storm Days, and during our camps (Summer, March Break, etc.)
Must be 19 years of age or older. ECE graduate would be an asset. Must have a valid first aid certificate and RCMP Vunlerable Sector check
Competitive wages starting at $17.12- $27.79/hour based on education and experience
Consistent schedule - no evenings, weekends, or holidays worked
