While there are administrative aspects to this job, it is primarily hands-on and in the
Restaurants daily. As such, will be responsible for:
- Upholding Firehouse Subs standards
- Setting goals for Team Members and follow up
- Further development of Team Members
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of quick service experience at a supervisory level, supervising a team
of 6-15 employees.
- Ability to understand and implement both Firehouse Subs and our organization's systems.
- Able to operate effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated and performance-driven.
- Excellence organizational and time management skills.
- Must embrace responsibility and be accountable for achieving targets.
- Flexible schedule.
- Guest-focused, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced goal oriented environment.
- Ambition to grow as a leader and gain experience to help you be successful in your career.
- Comfortable with technology and possess basic computer skills and the ability to operate a tablet, at a minimum.
Key Responsibilties
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and managing team members.
- Motivating and guiding the team to achieve service goals and company standards.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Check Inventory and Daily ordering
- Ensuring all tasks are completed according to company procedures and standards.
- Assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring health & safety standards are met.
- Assisting in managing labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.
- Implementing strategies to meet or exceed budget goals.
- Managing cash handling, including opening/closing registers and overseeing transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, local laws, and health codes.
- Monitoring food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
