Spotlight Cabaret is a live performance venue complete with a unique restaurant, bar and rooftop patio on Whyte Avenue. The indoor Cabaret space showcases a diverse array of performance art including dinner theatre, stand-up comedy, improv, dance, film, television and live music (subject to restrictions in place).
Spotlight celebrates the era of cultural refinement, social elegance, and general prosperity in the 1920s. Our décor is a Great Gatsby style party: a grand stage, elegant tables and chairs and chandeliers dripping with crystals.

We are looking to hire full-time bartenders! Must have open weekend availability.
Please note, for safety of our guests and staff - If shifts are scheduled on outdoor patio and the weather does not permit opening, shifts will get cut in these types of circumstances.
Front of House Employee Requirements:
- Eager to learn and work as a team;
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment;
- Portray a professional and enthusiastic demeanor;
- Must have a minimum of one year bartending experience in a restaurant setting; and
- Must have open weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays).
