Overview
We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to transport aggregates, soil, gravel, asphalt, and other construction materials to and from job sites.
Applicants must have dump truck driving experience (minimum 5 years).
The ideal candidate understands construction site operations, follows safety protocols, and can operate manual transmission vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials between sites.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure loads are properly secured before transport.
- Follow all traffic laws and construction site safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records.
- Communicate with site supervisors and dispatch regarding schedules and site conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of dump truck experience in a construction environment.
- Valid CDL (Class 1 or 3, as applicable) with appropriate endorsements.
- Ability to operate manual transmission.
- Knowledge of construction site safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions.
