PART TIME ROLE- Facilities Support
Accountabilities:
- Ability to work in office Monday – Friday is required (part time)
- Receives, logs & delivers all incoming deliveries (receiving)
- Determines method of shipment and arrange couriers using best rates; prepare waybills, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computer (shipping)
- Responsible for on-site supply inventory & ordering/refilling process (incl. product orders)
- Responsible for inter-office deliveries & supply stocking (mail, courier, beverages, paper, supplies, etc.)
- Conducts routine inspections and tidying of corporate fitness facility
- Maintains interior plants
- Performs light housekeeping and general maintenance duties as needed
- Assists with installations and/or repairs as required
- Supports team with event set ups, special projects and local errands
- Reports any maintenance issues, property damage, safety hazards or security incidents
- Participates in overall building security & safety initiatives
- Works effectively and professionally as a member of the Office Services team providing outstanding customer service and anticipating and meeting the needs of team members, departments and guests
- Assists with office services administrative support as needed (invoice review, coding and processing, other admin tasks as assigned)
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Skillset:
- 2+ years of related experience
- Experience in courier shipment processing and preparing related documentation (is an asset)
- Knowledgeable of WHMIS and MSDS
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend, ability to lift, push and pull required load
- Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving skills and customer service skills
- Familiar in the use of MS Office Suite
