Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide expert nutritional advice, develop personalised care plans, and support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ dietary needs through comprehensive consultations and health assessments
- Develop customised nutrition care plans tailored to individual health conditions and lifestyle requirements
- Provide clear, practical advice on healthy eating habits and nutritional strategies
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust care plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate clients on nutrition-related topics, including meal planning, portion control, and dietary restrictions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional support within broader treatment programmes
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, care plans, and progress notes in compliance with data protection regulations
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in nutrition science to inform practice
Qualifications
- recognised qualification as a Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist (or equivalent) with registration from the appropriate professional body
- Proven experience in clinical or community nutrition settings is desirable
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and empathetically
- Ability to develop effective care plans based on individual client needs and medical history
- Knowledge of current dietary guidelines, nutritional therapies, and evidence-based practices
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple client appointments efficiently
