At Sash + Bustle we strive to create a personalized shopping experience to suit the needs of every individual client. Your main role as a bridal stylist is to assist customers while they’re shopping as well as maintain the merchandise and cleanliness of the boutique. You’ll be working one on one with clients to help them navigate our collection of dresses and accessories as well providing professional advice and confidence when placing orders.
- Quickly build a rapport and foundation of a trusting relationship with clients and the guests that are accompanying them
- Taking measurements to determine the correct size to order and taking down all necessary information in a professional and organized manor
- Assisting with special events that the boutique participates in and host

What we are looking for…
You are energized when meeting new people, assisting and inspiring them. You are well versed in fashion and are interested in weddings and bridal trends. You have extensive experience working with clothing and have knowledge of fabrications and fit. You work well with lots of different types of people and you know how to flex your style. You are a true self-starter who is patient, organized and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. You enjoy working for a small independent business and have motivation to contribute and improve your workplace.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma
- Two or more years of experience working in high-end retail sales environment
- Willingness to work in the evenings and weekends
Even better if you have:
- Previous experience in Bridal retail
- Met sales targets. Ideally, individually and team goals.
