APEX is the wireless division of the Westlund Group of Companies and a platinum dealer for TELUS. With 6 locations in the lower mainland, we've been assisting TELUS customers with their Smartphone, Internet, TV and security needs for over 30 years.

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Rep to join our growing team! We want driven and excited individuals. We offer an excellent opportunity for people who are fascinated with this industry, love technology and have an entrepreneurial drive.
Requirements/Duties:
- A passion for Sales.
- Must be fluent in English.
- A proven ability to create and grow client relationships.
- Friendly personality, confident communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products and services.
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Other duties as requested.

Hours of Work:
- Full time, 40 hours a week.
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday 9-5:30

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (required)
- inside/outside sales: 2 years (required)
- telecommunications: 1 year (preferred)
