Hub City Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to join our team in a unique and rewarding pharmacy setting. We serve a diverse patient population and are committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care in an inclusive environment.
Position Highlights
- Relief pharmacist position with flexible scheduling
- Opportunity for a regularly scheduled weekend shift once per month (Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM)

Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with physician orders and legal requirements
- Provide expert guidance on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions to patients and healthcare providers
- Assist in medication administration processes within hospital or clinical settings
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of pharmacy activities and patient records
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and pharmacy policies
- Support inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and verifying medication supplies
- Educate patients on proper medication adherence and answer their questions regarding prescriptions

Pay: $75.00-$90.00 per hour
