We are seeking motivated and eager individuals to join our team as Apprentice Construction Workers. Duties
- Assist skilled construction workers with various tasks on-site, including material handling and site preparation
- Learn to operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Support the installation of building components such as framing, drywall, and flooring
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during daily activities
- Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and industry knowledge
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned to support project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some experience or coursework related to construction is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a construction environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is advantageous but not essential
