The ERP Analyst provides day-to-day support, maintenance, and improvements for the company’s ERP system used across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, project management. quality, warehouse, and related functions. This role links business users with the ERP platform to ensure stable operation, accurate data, effective reporting, and continuous process improvement. The ERP Analyst also supports integrated systems, including the warehouse management system, AP automation solution, quality management system, and other third-party applications.
Job Duties
Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related support requests and issues.- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve user-reported ERP application issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for standard ERP processes and procedures.
- Gather business requirements from users and research, design, and develop suitable ERP solutions.
- Support and participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Create and maintain data queries, reports, and dashboards utilizing SSRS, Power BI and other reporting platforms for operational and management reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of ERP data.
- Create training materials for end users on ERP functionality, reports, tools, and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement of business processes through effective ERP usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors as required.
- Support ongoing projects related to business systems and applications.
- Manage ERP integrated business applications (warehouse management system, quality management system, AP automation solutions and third-party applications).
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of ERP concepts, functions, and modules.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational process flows.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
- Experience creating system reports and operational dashboards using reporting solutions such as SSRS and Power BI.
- Nice to have experience with Infor Visual ERP.
- Nice to have experience with scripting and light programming.
- Experienced MS Excel user; able to use functions, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical users.
