The Department of Pediatrics at McMaster University and McMaster Children’s

The Province of Ontario Neurodevelopmental (POND) Network is a
collaborative research network dedicated to improving outcomes for children,
youth, and families affected by neurodevelopmental disorders through
innovative clinical research. The McMaster POND site conducts a diverse
portfolio of observational studies and investigator-initiated clinical trials
involving children and youth with neurodevelopmental conditions, including
autism spectrum disorder and ADHD.
The Clinical Research Coordinator will join a collaborative academic research
team of clinician-scientists, psychometrist, and trainees to coordinate both
regulated clinical trials and non-trial research. The successful candidate will
contribute to all phases of the research process, including study start-up,
participant recruitment, regulatory activities, and data management, while
working across multiple innovative research subprojects. This role offers the
opportunity to develop expertise in pediatric clinical research within a dynamic
academic environment while contributing to research that advances evidence-
based care for children and families.
