Kosh & Chai is a vibrant café and restaurant located in the heart of Toronto at St. Clair and Dufferin. We’re passionate about serving delicious food in a warm, welcoming environment.
We are seeking an experienced Café Cook to join our kitchen team and assist with daily operations.
Working hours: 08:00–17:00, with Friday evenings and Saturdays off.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a cafe kitchen
- Passion for cooking with a focus on quality and consistency
- Punctual, reliable, ideally living close to St. Clair & Dufferin or with reliable transportation
- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with barista duties
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items with care and attention to detail
- Assist with food prep, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
