Fluency in both English and French is a must, as you'll be caring for francophone residents and collaborating with French-speaking colleagues daily.

What We Offer (through this agency placement):
- Flexible, predictable scheduling: 2–3 consecutive 12-hour night shifts per week (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM), giving you extended time off to recharge.
- Competitive pay: $60–$65/hour, reflecting your expertise and dedication.

- Single-site placement: You’ll work at one location, building rapport with residents and staff.

Your Impact:
As the RN on-site, you’ll be the clinical anchor for residents and colleagues alike. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting health screenings and monitoring for symptoms using thermal technology.
- Assessing, documenting, and responding to residents’ changing conditions.
- Implementing care directives promptly and accurately.
- Leading emergency response for falls, respiratory distress, or other acute issues.
- Providing compassionate general nursing care, from managing fatigue to wound care.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and economical use of supplies and equipment.
- Keeping clear, thorough records and communicating observations to the care team.

What You Bring:
- Active RN registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick.
- Graduation from a recognized two-year post-secondary nursing program.
- Bilingualism is essential, you must be able to speak, read, and communicate fluently in both English and French to provide safe, compassionate care and collaborate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Current CPR/AED and Standard First Aid certification.
- Valid liability and malpractice insurance.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to act decisively in emergencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you connect easily with residents and teammates alike.
- A commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.

This is a contract assignment facilitated by RPI Consulting Group. You will be working at one dedicated site, but you are not being hired directly by the facility. We’re here to support you throughout your placement.
