Note: Do not apply if you don't have 2 years minimum experience with Flatbed Dispatching
Job Duties:
- Dispatch personnel according to written schedules and work orders, or as required
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Ability to handle PAPS & PARS and make Manifests
- Update customers on the status of their orders
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
