The Role
As Clinic Manager you will:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of therapists and guest services staff.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns.
- Drive clinic growth by promoting memberships and services.
- Manage scheduling, reporting, and administrative duties.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise front desk and service providers to ensure exceptional client service.
- Set performance expectations, and motivate the team.
- Handle scheduling, shift coverage, and conflict resolution to maintain smooth operations.
- Conduct staff training on service standards, upselling techniques, and client experience.
2. Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and monitor monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Train staff on Service knowledge and encourage upselling of treatments.
3. Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and SOPs.
- Monitor client feedback and take proactive measures to improve service quality.
4. Inventory & Procurement
- Manage product and consumable inventory, track usage, and place timely orders.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in management, leadership, or supervisory roles (wellness, retail, or hospitality is an asset).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales experience and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
- A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
