We are seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer with a strong background in plaintiff-side litigation to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support files from inception through to resolution.
- Conduct examinations for discovery, mediations, and court appearances.
- Draft pleadings, motion materials, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with legal support staff, experts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-call experience in personal injury law or plaintiff-side civil litigation.
- Strong analytical, advocacy, and drafting skills.
- Excellent client service skills with an empathetic and professional approach.
What We Offer
- Salary range: $130,000-$200,000 plus bonus; based on experience
