We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations within our manufacturing and project-based environment. This role supports accounts payable, payroll processing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and general financial administration.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage supplier invoices and accounting email communications
- Process supplier invoices with proper coding and job costing applied
- Enter and link supplier bills within QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
- Support payroll processing, timesheet tracking, and expense reimbursements
- Maintain payroll records and financial documentation
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end preparation
- Upload and allocate company credit card receipts
- Maintain organized electronic financial records
- Support accounting procedures and internal administrative workflows
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounting experience preferred
- Experience using QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
- Understanding of payroll and accounts payable processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Shift:
Monday to Friday, standard office hours.
