Family Ford Parksville is looking for a motivated and reliable Lot Operations & Vehicle Coordinator to help keep our dealership looking its best.
This hands-on role is responsible for vehicle presentation, lot organization, inventory management, dealership maintenance, and supporting our sales and service teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- preparing new and used vehicles for display
- coordinating vehicle detailing and transportation
- maintaining lot appearance and safety
- photographing inventory for online listings
- assisting with dealer trades and guest pickups
- monitoring vehicle readiness for test drives and
- supporting general facility maintenance.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, enjoys working outdoors, has a valid driver's license and takes pride in delivering a professional guest experience. Forklift experience is an asset but not required.
