Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining various systems and equipment at client sites. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals. The Installer will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and client specifications, providing exceptional service and support throughout the process.
Duties
- Install and assemble equipment, appliances, or systems according to schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals and able to install custom panels
- Conduct electrical wiring and mechanical assembly tasks with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams to accurately execute installations
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide professional customer service throughout the installation process
- Test installed systems for proper operation and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
- Follow safety guidelines and industry standards to prevent accidents or damage during installations
Requirements
- Proven experience in custom panel installation is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams
- Experience working with HVAC systems is a plus but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for travel between job sites
- A proactive attitude towards safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
