What You'll Be Doing
As a Landscape Construction Labourer, you'll work alongside experienced crew members building a variety of outdoor projects, including:
- Site preparation and grading
- Installing sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, decorative rock, and topsoil
- Building retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features
- Fence construction
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely
- Assisting with equipment operation and material placement
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Following company safety procedures and participating in daily safety meetings

Qualifications Preferred
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, earthworks, or a related trade.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, or construction equipment.
- Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Reliable transportation to and from work each day.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position.
Applicants must be able to:
- Lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
- Work 8–10 hour shifts outdoors.
- Walk on uneven terrain.
- Shovel, rake, wheelbarrow materials, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Work in hot, cold, wet, and dusty conditions.
