As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to standard insurance and registration inquiries. You will also perform related transactions such as opening claims and scheduling appointments.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Open new claims, ensuring that all relevant details relating to the claim are obtained from the claimant and coverage is confirmed.
Advise customers of applicable coverage and the claims handling process.
Categorize new claims, schedule necessary appointments and document calls.
Education & Experience
High school diploma.
Two years of experience working in a call or contact centre, in a customer service or in an office environment.
Special Skills & Requirements
Ability to complete shift work (Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm).
Sufficient keyboarding skills (minimum 35 words per minute).
Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
Superior customer service and communication skills.
