What you Bring:
- 5 - 6 years of previous experience in foreman role and/or industrial construction or Oil & Gas
- Understanding of construction documents and the ability to ensure that they are complete, protect the owner's interest, clearly define expectations, and provide incentive to perform
- Lead by example
- Foster a strong safety culture
- Mentor and act as a role model
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Meet deliverables for the project
- Provide guidance and training for apprentices
- Ensure the safety of all personnel
- Comply with site safety requirements at all times
- Communicate openly, honestly and fairly
- Invested in a safety-oriented work environment
- Previous Experience: Foreman, construction, supervisor, construction foreman, farm worker, construction supervisor, pipeline, farm, superintendent
Requirements:
- Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Valid Journeyman Red Seal Certification
- Valid Drivers License/Clean Abstract
- Standard First Aid with Level C/AED
- Leadership for Excellence Certificate
- CSO / CSTS2020/ WHMIS 2015

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $61.00-$70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
