The Model: Chef Share This is a genuine business partnership opportunity. Instead of a standard hourly wage, this is an equity/revenue-sharing opportunity.

You will directly share in the profits and growth of the business, making this the perfect opportunity for a chef looking to step out of the grind of an hourly wage and into ownership.
Compensation is based on a profit-share agreement.

- An experienced Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager with a strong culinary background.

Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience in restaurant management including inventory control and cost management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and innovative menu development
- Experience with serving guests in a hospitality setting is preferred
