-handle, store and receive food according to food safe standards
-grilling, frying, sautéing and baking to specified recipes and standards
-prepare appetizers, desserts, mains and other food items
-using specialized kitchen equipment to mix ingredients, make sauces, garnishes, grill, pans and finishing a plate

—maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards including set up and take down of the line and other stations
--work with Chef to come up with monthly menu features
