Are you a driven communicator with a passion for marketing and making an impact? CaptureTV.com is looking for a Cold Calling Marketing Manager to help grow our advertiser network across Alberta — home to the largest Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) screen network in the province.
Our screens are seen by thousands daily in high-traffic spaces like medical clinics, gyms, and registries — and we use our platform to uplift, empower, and inspire. We’re not just selling ad space — we’re building a network that spreads positive, feel-good messaging throughout communities.
Job Description - What You'll Do:
- Reach out to potential advertisers via phone to introduce them to Capture TV’s unique advertising opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with small businesses and local organizations.
- Help businesses amplify their message while supporting a platform that gives back.
- Work closely with our creative and operations team to deliver amazing campaigns.
- Track outreach, progress, and conversions in a CRM.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or marketing (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication and confidence on the phone.
- A self-starter attitude and comfort working remotely.
- A passion for community, positivity, and making a difference.
